Giorgio Calvo is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 15 years of experience across Miami and New York, two of the nation’s most competitive dining markets. In Miami, he honed his skills in high-volume, guest-focused environments, developing the foundation for his disciplined approach to operations and team leadership.

In New York, Giorgio joined SA Hospitality Group (SAHG), where he oversaw multiple concepts and drove efficiency, culture, and profitability—work that culminated in the acclaimed opening of Palladino’s Steak & Seafood. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and people-first leadership, Giorgio continues to elevate restaurants into destinations that define the dining experience.
